For MR it is the best company to work n get rapo with the dermatologists... Yearly salary revision policy is there for all employees. Our MD used to tell don't work after 5PM , spend some time with your family.. It is very loving experience to interact with MD Sir in annual n half year meetings ... Good support from the MD sir towards Team members.

Better not to discuss this ... as I'm working in Company I'm not supposed to .....

They had launched a new division in month of November 2019 and all of sudden just after 5 and half month , they have withdrawn their operation pan India and put the career on stake

Overall very poor experience with the Canixa as they put the career of almost 190 employees on stakes. Poor employees friendly company

This Company has removed more than 50 employees from different headquarters and made them jobless. Company even didn't thought that how should we run our family in this pandemic situation

There was nothing like about working at Canixa Life Science. Very poor Quality of Management people are there. In COVID-19 Period they ruined lots of Families of my colleagues. They shut down one Divisional Operation (CDS Division) in West Bengal.

Dislikes

There is nothing in Marketing policies. In today's point of view of Derma Market if you want to generate Business you should have some Policies/ Strategies. I personally think there is no one to improve this.

Canixa is good Pharma company and here in canixa have bright future. There have supporting person. There is having on manufacturing which is providing best quality and affordable price.

Dislikes

I love the work culture and products quality. Need some improvements in training programs.
