The attitude of senior management. They can create 24*7 working culture just to provide solutions to the clients that too on stringent timelines. Never had the opportunity to work on Automation. Its just Manual.

Dislikes

partiality with higher management relatives. Senior management only listen for old resource who joined this company from more than 10 years. there is no work life balance there expectation that resource should be available in 24*7 and even national holidays.

Likes

Open work culture, management accessible, freedom to explore, learn and grow. Annual hikes are better than service based companies

Work life balance is an issue, Promotion policy not clear, extra employee benefits are minimal, rewards and recognition are less to none

Likes

People are friendly and warm and overall its a very receptive culture for employees. Also, the company provides tremendous opportunities for growth via onsite work for different roles

Constant change of structure

Great teammates, learning new technologies, good work environment and good work life balance

Dislikes

The leadership can be improved. People on high positions also more focused on resolving customer issues than actually improving the product
