environment at CHC is highly toxic and disorganized. New hires, including department heads, are brought in under certain expectations which are quickly disregarded. Leadership often demands deliverables based on your initial ideas or plans, but without providing proper timelines, resources, or a clear probationary structure. Everything is treated with a sense of urgency, often described as being on a "war footing," which creates immense pressure and confusion. Stakeholders frequently behave in an unprofessional manner, lacking basic respect and empathy. Unfortunately, upper management does not seem to recognize or address these behavioral issues. There is a clear absence of psychological safety, empathy-driven leadership, and structured management practices.
