...d job bcoz every day have to visit the school whether in local or out of state . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond u could not join any other NGO

Serve to earn, most people do community service as a volunteer however here is the chance to serve the community while earning.

Working in NGOs has financial constraints and only those who really wish to work for a social cause should join NGOs otherwise they end in wasting the scarce resources of the Non Profits along with time.
