The only thing I like about the company is work life balance

Non supportive senior management, low pay, politics, appraisal strictly on numbers, none of the senior management is very knowledgeable about markets in general, they have decent funds but they lack proper marketing skills to give a proper conviction se to why they should sell the funds, Hr is shady too, will not recommend any one to work here.

The work culture is good. Company is very good on leaves. The people are very helpful.

Dislikes

The company does not pay well. The increments and the bonuses are not up to the industry standards in hand salaries are also not up to the industry standards.

I really need to share my very bad experience got from Canara Robeco Cochin Office. As a lady employee I have some right which provide from India Govt. But in my case there was a complete neglecting of my right happened in Cochin office. I was on maternity leave from March 2020, After my maternity leave am preparing for rejoining, but I got a service ending letter from company. Till my last working day am sure about that I have delivered my very best in my duties and responsibilities. I hope management know that after maternity period removing a employee from service without any prior notice is offensive gesture. I didn't get any proper communication and explanation on this. I have tried to get an explanation on this, but till nowni didn't get. I hope management will take my this comment in serious manner and expecting a fair reply..
