New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Job security is the only factor which can make you stay in this company. Rest all other factors will prompt you to make an early exit. The management is lethargic, incompetent and amazingly relaxed, & they prefer to act only when there is a major threatening issue.
