Al we can say is the job is secure and they no economy fluctuations affect the salary .it is ever so gradually increasing in a slowest pace possible.

Dislikes

Everything else is bad in here. Please don't prefer. This is not a government job. We are semi -govt. This is more like IT companies with transferable 'perks'. More pressure,More stress, Very bad work life balance . And you will have a snake as your colleague. Oh wait! Snakes are even better. Also such backward thinking people, still living in 1950s.

...ppreciation for innovation /bringing new ideas towards improvement of processes. However, being a public sector bank, salary was low as per govt control, and I being from General Category, there was trade unionism and reservations, which had adverse impact on my career growth. Also, frequent transfers to all over India, whenever there is promotion, negatively impacts personal life, children education, etc.

Whenever there was promotion, officers were transferred from South to other parts of India, sometimes beyond 2000 kms, which adversely impacts personal life, children education, etc.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary is good now due to bipartite settlements . Now new PLI is also introduced by Finance Ministry for levels above executive cadre

Dislikes

Work culture is too bad. Looks good ONLY from outside. Those who don't care of their ego , self esteem , family life, health can still enjoy working here by listening anything from their Management.

Working in PSB is satisfied in point of job security and also good salary package.

Learning process is slow because only single officer handel all type of branch work like loan assessment MSME loan Retail loan agriculture loan SMA follow up NPA management etc
