I would not at all advise to join Canam in my life never ever. No professionalism at all in management, there is no proper documentation from management, simply deduct money every month in the name of TDS, one work for one yr but i didn't get appointment letter from their side, if anyone enquiry about one employee also there is no record of that employee.. they are just a money sucker from employee and students

There is no at all team unity in organization, job security at all. Anytime they can remove employee, no salary on time no appraisal, lots of politics by management

The colleagues are helpful and immediate management the Kolkata Branch doesn't micro-manage and provide a lot of learning opportunity.

... and then will be promoted to the role of counsellor, but that has not happened. They wanted me to meet the targets as a counsellor but with the salary of assistant counsellor. The company suddenly started downsizing without providing any proper opportunity. Have been dumped with the all the work load of the branch, starting with making cold calls, talk to the students but was never allowed to make applications by myself. I did Sops, Lors, prepare CVs, prepared students for both Visa & Application Interviews for UK, Australia and USA. It's a dead-end. Once you come to Canam, there would be a halt in Career goals.

Dislikes are many .. poor n obsolete HR policies, no PF, no salary on time, no people culture dept, no concern about employees, everyone works here n leaves as early as possible due to their hire n fire culture .. no people management .. no visit of owner or VP or Director to the Centres … no micro n macro management…

What I liked about the company was the camaraderie among colleagues.

...ance. while they have a big name in the market, working conditions are not good. expectations include working beyond your regular hours without proper compensation. there is no proper on boarding or training process for new joiners. yet they expect you to do a fine job even without proper instructions or training.

They don't have pf accounts and salary slips... Offer letter also not given in mail. It will be given by hand.. And no work ethics .. at all... No job guarantee

Everything is wrong with canam, many people are coming and fighting that their visa is rejected and give money... No refund
