...nything from employee. 3. so called VP has no sense of work, just favourtism, 4. when it comes to cost cutting then higher authority should cut cost from those employees whose salaries are big but not justifiable, not those employees who are hand to mouth. 5. higher authorities dont like to help employee, not even like to reply their emails, they asked to talk with HR and at the end he is just a puppet.

...ience ever, pathetic culture and worst bosses they make people fool at the time of interview saying we will increase your salary in 3 months on your performance , and they will tell business nahi hai kaha se de...

They will decide to give you salary on your ladlapan .....if you are teir ladla they will never question you not deduct your salary....and if you are not and you fall sick also they will deduct all your salary salary for.....cheap people.....

The colleagues are helpful and immediate management the Kolkata Branch doesn't micro-manage and provide a lot of learning opportunity.

... and then will be promoted to the role of counsellor, but that has not happened. They wanted me to meet the targets as a counsellor but with the salary of assistant counsellor. The company suddenly started downsizing without providing any proper opportunity. Have been dumped with the all the work load of the branch, starting with making cold calls, talk to the students but was never allowed to make applications by myself. I did Sops, Lors, prepare CVs, prepared students for both Visa & Application Interviews for UK, Australia and USA. It's a dead-end. Once you come to Canam, there would be a halt in Career goals.

Dislikes are many .. poor n obsolete HR policies, no PF, no salary on time, no people culture dept, no concern about employees, everyone works here n leaves as early as possible due to their hire n fire culture .. no people management .. no visit of owner or VP or Director to the Centres … no micro n macro management…

They don't have pf accounts and salary slips... Offer letter also not given in mail. It will be given by hand.. And no work ethics .. at all... No job guarantee

Everything is wrong with canam, many people are coming and fighting that their visa is rejected and give money... No refund
