...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Due to Poland team the plant standards are maintained. Every month salary will come in time. Salary, benefits, cultural activities and health benefits are good.

Dislikes

...so same. Maximum people joined as reference so they survived by politics only. Top management don't deserve the post they possess and the salary they are getting. Even they know that no one will give them same facility for the knowledge they possess, for their own survival they do politics rather than focussing on Problem solving, research, new developments, innovation. Groupism, South India dirty politics will be found here...
