..., cams is ready to give more package beyond your expectation. But but but.... As per company policy, they will deduct 15 / 30 days salary be ready. As per company policy, the gain will not be shared to the employee & loss will be charged to the employee. Management statement is " we are not running any trust ". Top management is forget if any mistakes are responsible to all cxos. No deduction that level. How employee will manage without 15days salary. This is reason more attrition in CAMS . New CXOs are joining in CAMS & overtime convenance is stopped in low level. No job security, anytime the company will sack in any position. We are ready to stand in middle of the road with our family. No work life balance. Don't take from company laptop otherwise you will stand in laptop only . 36 days leave will provide & 24 days WFH. No benefit simply waste. HR will not see all these, how the water bottle shapes are changing at the time of management changing. HR application only changing new management & no employee benefit. HR will gets good appraisal based on new application with high cost.

...the organization and are trying really hard to infuse and drive cultural shift .During the covid era the organization continued to pay salaries without any pay cuts ,did not exercise jobs cuts like other organisations.

Toxic Work Culture / Unsupportive No Growth's Prospect No Performance Review Mechanism at all levels Ineffective and Inefficient VPs - Leadership Disregard for Labour Laws ,Work hours guidelines Knowledge Sharing is always a challenge for existing employees HR is highly ineffective and Inefficient - Does not have any say and does not have powers and will to enact whatever is right.It's a toothless tiger in two words. Not even worth of single star. PEOPLE WHO WORKS CURRENTLY FOR MNC, HAVE PLANS TO JOIN HERE. Please avoid this Company. They will ruin your career. For the people who joins from an mnc, the pay might be more. But you will feel very bad in 6 months after you get in to this toxic environment. Very biased environment. People get placed in SBI, COMPLIANCE are the poorest souls in the world. They are biased for Christians( CSI) and if any Christians looking for job, they can very well join in HR and AUDIT teams as they are headed by CSI Christians fellas. Appraisals will be based on this and lot of people sitting there for 30+ yrs and not letting the outsiders to grow. Either you should be a YES MAN or should look out for opportunities, the worst part is you wont get an another job when needed. "ALWAYS THINK 50 TIMES BEFORE JOINING HERE" DO NOT WASTE YOUR CARRIER.

...team behavior is none less than demon and devils. Promotions are only in dreams. The salary hike is so less that you will die poor. Work-life balance only in papers, managers will ask you to office even on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Unofficial working hours are more than 11 to 12 hours. Managers will ask you to work on wrong data and will expect you to be 100% right. Any small compliance issue you will be out of the organization. For Lunch, you have to wait in a queue in the cafeteria. Training team will torture you for completing useless e-learning courses which you can't even understand.
