The company's work environment is very peaceful and the new revamp is senior management is creating mixed vibrations among the employees, the entire organisation is going through a change which is seen as positive aspect.

Dislikes

The compensation is a quiet good, but the HR policies are not strong and the growth is slow. Sometimes the work hours extends to 12-14 hours. Managers at mid senior level do not value individuals strength during appraisals and looks at vintage of the staff, so I have to suggest huge improvement in developing the mindset of the managers and mould them with professional approach. No employee benefits. Totally HR team needs a revamp at all levels.

Not even worth of single star. PEOPLE WHO WORKS CURRENTLY FOR MNC, HAVE PLANS TO JOIN HERE. Please avoid this Company. They will ruin your career. For the people who joins from an mnc, the pay might be more. But you will feel very bad in 6 months after you get in to this toxic environment. Very biased environment. People get placed in SBI, COMPLIANCE are the poorest souls in the world. They are biased for Christians( CSI) and if any Christians looking for job, they can very well join in HR and AUDIT teams as they are headed by CSI Christians fellas. Appraisals will be based on this and lot of people sitting there for 30+ yrs and not letting the outsiders to grow. Either you should be a YES MAN or should look out for opportunities, the worst part is you wont get an another job when needed. "ALWAYS THINK 50 TIMES BEFORE JOINING HERE" DO NOT WASTE YOUR CARRIER.

...team behavior is none less than demon and devils. Promotions are only in dreams. The salary hike is so less that you will die poor. Work-life balance only in papers, managers will ask you to office even on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Unofficial working hours are more than 11 to 12 hours. Managers will ask you to work on wrong data and will expect you to be 100% right. Any small compliance issue you will be out of the organization. For Lunch, you have to wait in a queue in the cafeteria. Training team will torture you for completing useless e-learning courses which you can't even understand.

You stay longer, you become stronger is applicable everywhere but not in CAMS. The longer you are associated you're considered to be an useless person

Work life balance is good, but compensation has not grown for 15 years in keeping with inflation

It's really overall good company but only thing is as per salary growth not satisfied the employee . Overall very good company
