...andidate have to stick their more than 2 years then it will good for his future. For new comer, the salary is less.If you talk about Facilities then everything are available for the employees. Good Managers CAMS have they have good experience . My Manager is really really Good person, He support use in each and every activities.

CAMS is a good company if one wants to gain experience regarding mutual funds, work life balance is good, provides many welfare benefits. It is fixed 9 to 6 job if anyone wants a stable effortless life.

.... You just have to attend the calls and give information as provided in scripts. Salary is very less for freshers and increment is as per company norms and not performance based. It takes a lot of time to promote to senior position.

... their employees just for their benefit. They don't think about employee morale. In such situation they have stopped giving salary to many employees as they have cut down the man power.

There are many things to be disliked about this company as they simply target their bso. If you not do as they say then will create such situation that you will resign on your own. There is alot of politics. Clients are not able to pay incentives on time as they promise to do so but they will pressurise you to achieve targets anyhow.

Only the salary part was better for a fresher and fun activities carried out by company. Other than this everything was shit.
