I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and had global client base. Mine is a Indian based client and they have office in all over India. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background, and we woke happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend highly values of count in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not values and individual' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of time. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-years appraisals.also, there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like have guidance them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

CAMS is one of the good companies that gives you more job security, and it is place where you can learn about lot of SQL queries

You have minimal career growth and the compensation or the benefits you get is not adequate

...security in cams. very less conveyance for rotation shift and no travel spence . Only work with fixed salary no expectation after the joining.

I am not getting the salary with My experience, knowledge and day today financial needs. Immediate supervisor are not supportive with my growth

There won't be any sacking process at all that you think.based on your experience they will fix you salary which will vary once in a year after finishing your appraisal.bit of difficulty is in balancing the work and life because you will be stretching work hours 10 to 11 each day.
