I feel leaves are less and some employee benefits are missing when compared to other organizations.

Most of the tools used were company specific. So as your experience increases it will be difficult for you if you want to switch to other job. Need to learn other tools and technologies for better growth.

Stress free work environment if u adapt faster

Gloomy interior which creates a dull environment, if they add some bright colour around and encourage art in office just as a time pass in between breaks it would be better

Working with camp system is an excellent experience for me.its with good environment with proper security. Obeying nature is found everywhere in the company among the employees. Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience for working in camp systems.

There is nothing negative to say about the company. It's a good platform for all the freshers and gaining good experience in working

Good time punctuality. We can go after time is up. Saturday and Sunday holiday strictly. 22leaves for everyone.

Dislikes

Some TL's attitude. Strict break times. No extra curricular activities. Not more than 3leaves in a month if emergency. No own office.
