Comapany Nice regarding career growth and achievement but Some food amount deduction from salary rather than expected so that is not fair.

The food amount 85 per day is deduct from salary that is disliked.

Likes

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salay hike and bonus every year.

Thare is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job traing is not given to given to new joinees.r

...es are also nice from top to bottom, Inner politics is too much in senior level. Salary hike is best there if you are perform well. The job is quite interesting, Work Experience is good and also having more chances to get better job after gaining knowledge from here.

Environment is good, no work pressure as such, facilities providing by the company is also good, Management people are helpful.

Dislikes

some management people needs how to be polite or how to talk with a girl, whatever will be the position everyone deserve same respect. company has to be setup some rules & regulation for each and every process they needs to show their improvement on it.
