The is working in tradional ways and dominated by the old employees

Dislikes

The company is working in traditional ways and dominated by the old employees. Most of the positions are for supporting roles and no one will teach you how to work. There is no scope of growth as old employees will never leave the company. The practices of the company is unethical and don't know what is the meaning of values.The company has no official HR department and most policies are against the companies.
