Good compensation and benefits, good work life balance, 5 day work week, softskill training, on the job trainings

Dislikes

Career growth opportunities are less, Company incentivises experienced employees more than hard working, result oriented and intelligent employees which as a result makes people think, no point of working hard, better enjoy your perks, promotions will come when its time (management has policies in place to prove this wrong but trust me the implementation of those policies is a joke and is just there as a reason to stop from from asking for a stepup)

Salary looks ok, but there is no learning opportunity here and when someone stays long here their career will be ruined and the company will likely fire them when they become senior

Dislikes

Very poor management, employees are treated like sla*ves of western counterparts. Managers have no knowledge or skill they just tell "do what regional team tells". Lot of unproductive meetings, opportunity to grow inside or after coming out is almost nil.

Cameron as a Company is a awesome place to work internationally... (I mean working on-site)

The Administration structure in Coimbatore unit is awful... Can't explain in words. Not importance for talented people, hard working people gets demotivated oftenly. People who showoff and help the manager's on their tasks gets appreciated. They always ask why u didn't work for the grade 12 to the grade 8 designer. Awful people administrate and degrade the best working place

There is a lot of politics and the HR department doesn't address our issues. They will not interrogate the accused. Company out side issues also they did terminate.They are forced for signature.

My rating is based on my experience in Coimbatore as location. I liked only one aspect that is Job Security. Apart from that thing I liked nothing.

Dislikes

Managers are hopeless, work culture is horrible, too many politics in Coimbatore more weightage is given to locals. No, efforts for innovation, managers always look for sustaining and no plans for innovation. More favouritism is there. Even though it is MNC, but acts like some local company. My 3 years in it were horrible. Work-life balance is ok ok.
