Nothing, they can fire employees anytime by putting in performance improvement plan for a month. All their policies like EDIB, it all are rubbish. If u raise voice against them then will get u fired. So please think 100 times before joining such an worst organization.

horrible working experience their policies like EDIB etc are rubbish, i have raised my concern about biasness in appraisal and other things which i had faced as a result they have put me on Performance improvement plan, due to which i have resigned. Human resources department specially the Simran Kalra department head of Human resources is just like puppet of vertical heads.
