Opportunities for promotion and appraisal within this organization will be given preference to member group or those with the surname suffix "Reddy" .every last employee, including those with Malayali and other state background ,would receive motivational speeches and explanation ,I recommend that high-level management recognize and deal with poisonous persons

Dislikes

Entire world was doing WFH, during covid but management asking us to come to office. Here problem is Mangers were not come to office Only Entry-level employees should go. There are no equal opportunities but they will set equal targets. Micro management. No work life balance.

Likes

The Cambium Antenna team is one of the best in India. We are working on the latest technology and have lots of exposure to customer requirements.

Dislikes

Work pressure is a bit more but it is fun for challenging personalities.

1. No good learning 2. Bad management and few very bad managers 3. No plan on skill development.. in fact zero plan 4. Very good work life balance. 5. Good teams and engineers 7. Star award and CEO awards are baseless.. 8. Its more of assembly company that integrates components from vendors. No RnD at all. 9.Top.management is completely unaware of whats happening at ground level.. 10.Moderate salaries
