Working culture was good , Salary and incentives were god and on time.

Dislikes

They need business, i met with an accident and doctor told me complete bed rest. Unfortunately i left the job and the main part i trained around 7 to 8 freshers has zero knowledge that how to use Dynamics 365,Zoom info, Sales navigator and other Data mining tools but they didn't understand my problem.

Just the people working there are simple and honest and Cambay likes to make a fool out of them

Dislikes

... ensure you get no time for personal learning or you cannot get a certification. If you come late, your salary is deducted and manager would ask you to take half day, no pay for overtime. They ask you to leave suddenly and prepare in a conspiracy type to make your replacement. The work life balance is poor.

Cambay is one of the best organization in terms of salary and flexibility. People are really good, work culture is amazing.

I dont find any con in this organization, overall its an amazing place to work

One of the worst organisation in Vadodara and Aligarh managed by a psycho owner and incompetetive and insecured management. No work is being done here only politics and micromanagement day in day out. This organization plays with the career and life of the candidates so already employed candidates are highly recommended to not to even consider it for an interview.

Dislikes

Don't expect Job security, Then can remove you at anytime. Always have a Plan B when ever you see lack of projects. Even for cost cutting they removed office Boy. I suggest not to prefer Cambay if you are thinking stable Job. Go for alternative.
