Unorganised management because they had been take a person opinions before implementing any decision on employee.

that company is very nice but before i joined company that company was facing so many crises and troubles and suffering that time one day that company had closed and 2200 employees were jobless after working more than 20-25 years. and i worked there only 15 months.

i would like to work with them because there work is very nice only DM was very much aggressive.

Cambata Aviation was a very good company in India. It was a private company but its facilities were like government job. They used to provide almost all facilities to their employees, good salary, job satisfaction, job security, medical claims, good number of anual leaves, good and timely promotions and much more. Cambata was the company who used to give chances to freshers in the industry. But unfortunately, in the year 2016, it was declared as bankrupt and it got shut down completely in 2017 in India.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I dislike about Cambata Aviation but I regret why this company declared bankruptcy.

For me cambata is the not a company its a school where u can learn may things which help u in your future and abt the teammates its was very helpfull to teach me abt traning all will be on time to time salary also good and its on time everytime as i need to say that the position which i m working right now bcz of cambata aviation only.No i dnt
