- competitive salary - Good environment (depends on your team) - pure networking projects

Dislikes

- bad infrastructure (no proper working desk, no proper canteen, canteen seating arrangement is too poor, no recreational area) - below average medical coverage. - project changes frequently. - you'll get projects based on their choice not based on your skills. - because of frequent change in projects, you'll be on bench in between and this repeats every 6 month. after every few months you'll get frustrated. - Job stability is not there.

...) PM/DM does not have any power although client says anything to the resources. 5) No timesheet filled no salary , although you had worked for that time. 6) Worst management

I like the process of interview and the benifits given by the company.

...t give proper justification for contract employees for any concern raised by us.salary will not be credited every month,it will be credited every 45 days or 60 days

Flexibility at work which is something very good you can come any time and go on your will no restriction to complete fix hours.

They are just trying to work done they dont want raise salary or any appreciation for you great errorts.
