Less salary and other benefits. not much good food options available nearby, have to rely on canteen or vending machine or zomato-swiggy. No transport facility available.

The thing that I liked the most about working in Calsoft was that you get to do a lot of challenging work which always keeps you intrigued and provides with a lot of exposure to learn new skills, domains and have faster career growth.

Dislikes

The major setbacks are the management and salary/appraisal. Even if you perform great, you still got to fight a lot to get compensation justifiable to your efforts.

...) PM/DM does not have any power although client says anything to the resources. 5) No timesheet filled no salary , although you had worked for that time. 6) Worst management

...t give proper justification for contract employees for any concern raised by us.salary will not be credited every month,it will be credited every 45 days or 60 days

Flexibility at work which is something very good you can come any time and go on your will no restriction to complete fix hours.

They are just trying to work done they dont want raise salary or any appreciation for you great errorts.
