There is a lot of politics and management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Notice period should be given for one month after resignation, after resignation we dont get any special allowance, leave, or incentive

Actually One year I worked in calonge.. this is really really great brand and I learned here more how sales a product and how attend a customer and how to maintain a really with customer and more.. other staffs and brand owner are really awesome and best characters. Well understanding persons amd supportive too. The brand is really selling premium leather products in affordable price and also good quality and main point things giving life time warranty in all products that's really superb. To be honest AM BADLY MISSING THE BARND😢 incase againi got offer from calonge o won't miss❤️
