Even though python team handled 2 modules out of 5 , we were always under the WORST POLITICS of JAVA TEAM LEAD. He acts like he owns the project . Management should take strict action against that tamil guy(Java team lead). Beware of 2 teams here . If you are joining either java team or QA testing team....better u stay unemployed , this is my sincere advice. I know people in java team , who switched company because of his dirty politics. QA team here is another wonder of world , I dont want to explain this part , its even more dirtier beacause QA lead. Stay away from this team too. U can try applying for python team , hr team , data analytics team or operations team.

Don't join this organization, This organization is too worst and doesn't follow any framework for project execution. Ceo blindly trusts the people who don't work properly and the Head of HR failed to hire good talented ones. You can also people who don't have any passion and want to do some timeless will join this organization. Coming to their product, it's a shit. They have a blueprint by using it they were providing solutions to the supply chain companies. No innovation only micro-management. Please stay aware of this organization.

Lack of recognition for diligent efforts unless tangible results are achieved. Unrealistic expectation of immediate proficiency without allowing sufficient time for learning.
