Starting salary very less, and no one of no training in store, only telling to sink cleaning and dine in cleaning next I'm also so saffering from this job because no one of no help only cleaning ,still I am so happy because I'm full prepare training book still I have do any works in stores

Everything is good.management will be can improved. And shift planning will be improved. Company 1st ambition is happy employee work place.. but every employee is not happy..

Your holiday schedule isn't fixed either; if they need staff, you’ll get a call and have to show up, or face consequences. The work culture is toxic, with no boundaries, and the manager is the worst. They think if you're not openly disrespectful, you're not doing your job right. Forget about a proper lunch break; if you’re lucky enough to have one, the manager will suggest you talk to the owner about setting fixed lunch hours. The job involves standing all day, a minimum of 10 hours, and yes, the managers have to do the same. There’s just so much more to say, but honestly, words don’t even do it justice."

i was working there i have a worst experience over there, the manager out there show no respect how to treat the employs they have a very rude behavior they being nice in front of the CEO when he arrive the store n he didn't know anything about what going on his company n i want to mention some name they are Store manager - Kishore Reddy area manager - i dont know his name but he is bald head n he is

10th pass students can easily get a job here. Staff room and meal twice is provided by the company. Incentives are good but needs to meet the rating target.

Dislikes

9hours of work timing but it extends to 10-11 hours.
