I have worked on the payroll of this company for than 4 years ..... initially my manager was nupur gautam....at that time there was a good work culture.....and also she motivates all employees....and most important she valued her all employees...but after she resigned all things changed

...a factory...there is no work culture.....they asked to come 7 days in a week ...on Sundays and if anybody not comes on Sunday they cut the salary of Sunday.......so...this was so frustrating..... specially under this manager

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... NOT GIVEN PROPERLY EVERY MONTH THEY CHANGING THE GROSS INCOME IN OUR PAY SLIP . AND THEN WORK LOAD IS HEAVY AND SALARY PACKAGE IS VERY LOW . SO PLEASE DONT DO IT FOR ANYONE LIKE THIS BECAUSE EVERY ONE THEY ARE GIVING GOOD OUTPUT FOR COMPANY . SO PLEASE KINDLY CHECK IT AND DO CANDIDATES SATISFACTION.

And in lieu of our company has given a poor salary for our full month's work, and it has been announced after 18 days of the following month during lockdown period. Sir, here the agenda is always changed in this company. Sir and not only this, such things are added to the agenda in which it is not possible to succeed, even in this epidemic-like situation. Sir, I humbly request you to take very quick and strict action on this. Because our routine runs through this only. Pathetic company and pathetic management. You cannot like anything about that company.

Sick management, treats employees as they are not humans, abusive. Surprisingly, top management abuse employees in front of everyone and if you protest, then ask you to leave and hold you salary. If any employee wants to resign then they will not give you early relieving and you have to serve 60 or 90 days notice, but if they want you to leave, then they will give you 15 days or 30 days time and then make you beg for your own salary. More than 6 months, still not received the salary and case has been registered against the company. job security is not at all there. Internal politics. work life balance, you mind will not be stable working in this sick culture.
