Likes

Hires new freshers on contract basis and join them to hiring company (they works as recruiter i.e. calibehr). 80-90% chance of job placement on tie up companies by calibehr for freshers.

Dislikes

Because of contract basis work doesn't have value for contract workers on the working company and sometimes salary isn't giving on time to the employees. And having bad response or helping system to the employees. And even some of the highest level of employees working in calibehr doesn't have sense of talking in a professional way (like manager level), the language of speaking isn't ethical.

...ays 365 days no time line anytime managers will call us no traveling money also. In interview salary commitment is different and credited salary is different. But I am so happy to work in this organization

I have worked on the payroll of this company for than 4 years ..... initially my manager was nupur gautam....at that time there was a good work culture.....and also she motivates all employees....and most important she valued her all employees...but after she resigned all things changed

...a factory...there is no work culture.....they asked to come 7 days in a week ...on Sundays and if anybody not comes on Sunday they cut the salary of Sunday.......so...this was so frustrating..... specially under this manager
