The company is open to innovation and research adopts latest technologies. I love the idea of reliability high quality products and has global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times I have to work 1-18hours straight in a day to get a better deal of work with the organisation in order of my ability.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
