...t is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and good gaming arcade for chilling .Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is alow. There is a bond of one month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Too much of office politics, work culture has degraded so much there is no growth no recognition overall it’s an unstable organisation

The work life balance is excellent. For engineers who start their careers, should only go ahead with this company.

Dislikes

- An attitude which says a fresher engineer is better than an experienced candidate - HR is non accessible - HR gives false information about internal parity or benchmark just to get the candidate at lower price - Very poor work culture, where a few have everything in control. Remaining people keep wondering what work to do. - Appraisals are okay. Nothing great.

It's a great organization. It encourages new learning and skill development. Technical training is provided every year which is very essential. Leaders are quite good...

Dislikes

Salary hike is bit low than good pay masters. Even hike during promotion is a bit less than the industry standard.
