Poor compensation, no job security, HR driven company, policies changing in mid of year and taking negative decisions in organisation on policies which are for employees benefits

Salary and perks are very good with regular wellness activities and diverse learning opportunities For a fresher who is starting his/her career definitely cairn will be a good job for his/her learning and it will be a boost start.

Growth is slow and work life balance is poor for technical on field employees.

Salary issue salary not credited a date & time. And salary cut without any absent. Beacuse the third party contractor mangment is not good. A bad hr policies.
