I Joined as a Senior Analyst to provide consulting services to an client. Post completion of the project CAI management and hr won't be able to provide any other clients. And ask me to leave. I don't recommend this company. Request you to not join this organisation du to no job security.

Everything This is a body shop of a management consulting firm. India & Philippines is their mazdoor mines. They hunt for the best associates & pay in pennies. Moreover, they will make you sit on the client's lap & forget about you in the longer run. My client is a manufacturing company based in US. The HRBP is so stupid, most of the times he forgets the deliverables & to-dos. No job security They distribute your PII Data to many 3rd parties in the name of bgv. Your manager connects with you once a week just to remind you that belong to CAI, otherwise, you work with the clients as contractual employees. No growth opportunities. Please refrain from joining this organization.

Politics, No work-life balance, subcontractor-type work culture, even though we are working hard they will not give any appreciation, no job security(project will be for a 1 year contract) they will not tell us this before joining.

I have been working with CAI India for almost 8 years now and I am in love with this company. The culture is great and one's efforts are rewarded appropriately and the growth potential is unlimited.
