Management and team is good, but when it comes to salary and other parts of payments they are OK or average. But there is no career growth because company is not very big or well organised.

...we tell about our problems.. The way they work is only they look for them self.. When we got some problems in our salary or getting less according to the business even we expected more . we thought they will know them self and they will organize it... But they never did it... And one more thing when we complain about our troubles in our work place they reply us only OK i will but they never do..the management are very scare to speak about our problems with managing director even if they have right also even we all staff with him still he is!!!! .. Kind of this type management will put in trouble to all the staff .. Etc etc etc. I have so much more to say about cafe noir but I wll close from here.thank you.. If I rude sorry.. But I don't so I rude u..i say as I know how you are cafe noir..

Because of not knowing about staff problem.. Not care at all how much we work hard.. They taking for nothing of our problems even if we complain they don't even listen to our words some time we fill like to die because they don't alart about staff only they alart at want they need and what they want...
