Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I went an interview this cafe javas company for fleet manager position. They were came 2 young school boys who from cafe javas team to held on interview. Those doesn't know anything about experience & skills.no respect the experience candidates asked stupid questions on interview. Also they promised give back reimbursement money for attend interview sucha as Trainfare,Hotel,Taxi,Food etc. they didn't give me any thing.they were ran away. Please to be careful while go for interview. Don't fall like this scammers & cheating cafe javas & Mandela group from Uganda company.most of African companies get interview on Google meet mode. Why this stupids still using old type face to face interview. I had stress,Cheat, Disrespect,no my money back. I spent Rs,5000/- for expenditures for this Fools...
