No Job security at all. Any time they can schedule the meeting and ask you to resign. At least they will offer you to serve notice period as per company policy.

Finance function rules the roaste. No business sense. Just show every department in bad or negative sense. Unfortunate the principals at Canada also have turned a deaf ear. High time they wake up. It is not far that the existence of the brand in India will go one day just for one highly ambitious Finance function.

The company is leading on oil and gas sector and having excellent images and reputation, if we considered historical event regards to company images and reputation was better than current. There was many changes occurred specially on managements within 2 years, due to that circumstances also impacted on company images. We would like remember our ex.CEO, who bring up company to this powerful stage in oil and gas sectors , as i remember on 2007/2008 company was holding around 200 manpower only and currently around 1800 total manpower. But since he left the company last year, immediately it was impacted to each departments- finance, HR & Admin, HSE, QA/QC, procurement and projects. We have to appreciate our HSE/HR departments, who always support our employees and decision made on their favor. Yes we are chasing some issue regards to politics environments and playing each others .
