Its a best place to start career and lot of scope for beginners. 1 During this pandemic situation company paid full salary 2. provided WFH opportunity to ensure the employees safety 3. Also paid WFH allowance for all the employees to encourage the team 4. provided systems those who are not having the systems. Its very helpful for all employees tho who are not able to buy the systems 5. I personally have the company system about 1 year 6. Management was very supportive and friendly to explore our skills and imporovement in the organization. Also job security was good when compared to other companies.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
