...ot Good, our dept head was not capable for this duty.Company policies were good. Salary structure of security was poor.

Salary structure was not depend on work and efficiency, management of the company was serving under pressure of MD. All dept head were doing duty for their job security only not for company.

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is a Respected Banner in Doctor's Chamber. I enjoyed a lot working with this Organisation.

My senior was asking to pay him 20k from my 30k salary. That is why i left this wonderful organisation. Because ultimately money matters a lot in everyone's life.

...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

The company use to be good . When i joined the company it was fine salary was good duty timing, everything was good . The chairman of the company Dr.modi he is a nice guy. But his son he is mad 😡😠 . He doesn't care for anyone future. He is like a child without any need he requit end less staffs . At a time there was no work for staff. But his father he saw all that and started lay offing staffs .the more he laf off the more the son brings new staff. You know i worked 5 years for that company and after 5 years without any reason i got layoff. Never ever join that company.your life will be dead.

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
