They do not respect more than 10 or 12 years old dedicated and loyal field field staff due to higher package since they are working since last many years and invested their youthfulness to grow the company .cadila removed them immediate and sudden with any allegation or misconduct of work discipline. There r many examples.

...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

...st company to work with, HR says you can come easily but cannot go from here....Serve 3 month notice period or pay for it..Worst People are sitting in HR

No company policy, nothing is clear..Appointment letter says 1 month notice period, company HR Says 90 days notice period...HR manager is unprofessional

The company use to be good . When i joined the company it was fine salary was good duty timing, everything was good . The chairman of the company Dr.modi he is a nice guy. But his son he is mad 😡😠 . He doesn't care for anyone future. He is like a child without any need he requit end less staffs . At a time there was no work for staff. But his father he saw all that and started lay offing staffs .the more he laf off the more the son brings new staff. You know i worked 5 years for that company and after 5 years without any reason i got layoff. Never ever join that company.your life will be dead.

...is no job safety .company policy change as per employee department change .like.Qc employee having complete pay 3 month notice period and QA employee 1 month or 2 month notice period .thays why no HR policy
