...ible. The people who worked here even more than 10+ years were treated as slave. So i left the job just after watching their salary slip because if they were assets of the company, they were treated as nothing. So my reason is only that if they didn't enrich, they were not given proper computations, then why to stay there.

They do not respect more than 10 or 12 years old dedicated and loyal field field staff due to higher package since they are working since last many years and invested their youthfulness to grow the company .cadila removed them immediate and sudden with any allegation or misconduct of work discipline. There r many examples.

Incriment very low , OT not proper pay and very low for officer leave, not any activity participants with you or your participate for our compitition and your number 1 ,2,3 not appreciate for you , any work good well but not appreciate for you manager and other , only for work and work , I feel very bad you know work for company to home and home to company

Cadila pharma ceuticals like things cafeteria not very good but most very good nothing any pharma company like has this type of facilities this type food quality and second things learning area is most strong in quality control lab any fresher candidate platform to grow the life,skil, knowledge instrument handle etc, also medical policy best one things

Yes, cadila company good but management third class second word say to zero management Like salary structure rating by pms is only for formality Hr department also third class only listen the suggestions but not approved or follow this is true this not fake l can prove it if gave change mein future

Company never stop your salary & Expenses always on time. Compan want to do big in pharma business with strong research Product.

Upper Management is good in making policy.But Junior followup level Is not good to do work on that policy that's why policy collapsed.
