...t from that there are talent based extra curricular activities like quizzes etc. Salary and perks are also decent. There are opportunities for learning too.

1. Work might get monotonous after few years, since it involves dealing with customers on regular basis. 2. Onboarding process is time consuming and involves lot of paperwork. You may find some HR employees not cooperating. 3. Company has only 2 offices in entire India (Noida and Bengaluru) for design related work, making it difficult for candidates in other states to relocate permanently. 4. Remote work provision won't be there any longer. 5. Freshers shall find it difficult to cope up with the HUGE amount of learning in the first 6 months or so.

Work life balance is the best. Compensation is less compare to competitors. Facilities and work environment is excellent. Learning is depends on the work challenges of your job role.

Company is good in all aspects except Manager.

Manager is not good at all. Complete disrespectful and tortured. Please do appropriate Research of Hiring manager before joining the company else your life would be hell.

Don't join Tempus team. It is the worst. lot of people have left the team or moved abroad. Seniors are unfriendly and unsupportive. They can even go to the point of harassing you. Overall in cadence, old people have created lobbies due to their insecurities. This will cap your progress.
