i liked my work of counselling, and learning , but salary over there is so less ,but being a fresher i accepted that thinking appraisal would happen.upon completion of 1 year there is no word of increment,...i never received my incentives, moreover they want 100% from us but dont give attention towards performance appraisal or benefits..not fitted to work for long duration.

CADD CENTRE help me to upgrade my skills and the ambience is very good for me i just love the training process and it's a good opportunity to have here.

Salary and promotion is less and slow time consuming and hard to achieve

Doesn't have a strict environment. You have to be on your own for a lot of things.

The salary is not worth it. No additional pay, bonus or any such perks. You'd barely receive salary on the designated day. The management is terrible and poor. Better avoid this place. No good employee would consider sticking here. Corporate slavery at its peak.

The owner of CADD Center Indore is a liar and cheat. He never payed salary on time and also he never payed my one and half one salary. Eventhough I worked more than 18 hours daily.

Dislikes

The franchise owner doesn't even know about softwares but is getting students to pay for teaching them. The center is also very dirty no housecleaning services because he did not pay them.
