Slow growth, no appraisals , they will replace their experienced employee with any fresher just for salary, any experienced candidate will demand high salary and they prefer to hire some freshers in very minimum amount

I am very much interested to work training center and train students to unskilled there knowledge and convert them to perform in terview and get a good job...

Only salary part...who expect more while they are get paid well and don't know about salary and expect less will not survive with the salary and difficult to lead family...

Reasonable work timings, Good communication and understanding, friendly colleagues, allowing to learn new softwares and developing our skills.

Dislikes

Sometimes I feel that the salary I receive for my heart work at CadCentre is not up to my potential. My skills and my hard work are recognised by the managers but I think they should pay me for my potential not on monthly basis.

Good work environment and culture. Colleagues are supportive and friendly. Management is transparent and flexible. No work pressure on the team to achieve goal.

...u resigned from the organisation and you will pay the full amount of the course. The major issue is that the salary will not be paid properly.

CADD CENTER is supporting us by giving 0 rupees salary. We were not given full salary for the month of March 2020 in the name of Sustainability. So they have supported a lot in COVID-19 situation.

No training given. Incapable manager. No salary given.
