In my experience, Cadabams group has been supporting and encouraging of my growth in professional & personal life. The staff and supervisors who were enthusiastic to teach, learn, and discuss any issue has been crucial in helping me start off with my career in the right direction and to gain perspective into the field.

Dislikes

Salary & Benefits could be improved as it is not adequate and justified for Postgraduate qualification when compared with similar job role in other organisations. The payment process could also be automated and made smoother with a Payroll System which can reduce any errors or delays.

It is definitely not recommended for counsellors to be in this organisation. We are usually overworked, and are expected to work outside our assigned roles without any remunerations. Adding on, counsellors are underpaid, and their job ads claim to be industry standards. The management team does not give an ounce pf respect for the counsellors, and they often gave us blame shifting feedback rather than constructive criticism. In addition, some psychologists in in the higher levels of the hierarchy are not even qualified to be there. They are not licenced clinical psychologists, and they do not have the experience or training necessary to provide supervision to the counsellors.
