There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bonus of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Best place for freshers and interns. Lot of scope to learn and grow. Pay-scale for tenured and experienced professional is comparatively low.

Client service team and management preach something else at the time of on boarding and one comment by the client can change everything. 5. No growth or skill development. Same rote work assigned continuously. 6. No communication by management. 7. No communication with team 8. Management doesn't communicate with the employee even about important topics that concern them. 9. Flexible work hours means flexibilty for the management to make you work any time.

I have not found any pros while working with this company except Saturday/Sunday off, and even on those days, many of them are working because they call themselves a client-first organisation.

Available jobs are listed only when a manager assigns the job to a few people. This makes it difficult for new freelancers to get work regularly
