New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Nothing like anything for company becouse not complete any commitment from compony like appraisal , increment, reimbursement,etc

Dislikes

Not good behaviour for senior staff and team leader and pressure you are fire if you have any questions regarding any issues like increment and company commitment

I am working at place in Jhajjar my company supporting AMC and only one engineer required there so I am appointed and JK Laxmi staff are all supported to me thats why i am staying six month. my HOD and all staff HR STAFF is so helping for my any issue.

BUT my compony not to support me any kind of issues . even my seniors supporter not to pickup my phone call . do not give me any I card or any supporting call or metting in 5 monts and not give me experience letter. because compony have not to complete any self commitment so i decided leave my job and not to support my company. even not to relesed my expirence letter and one month sallry but i have so frustate this rule so i can leave my job and that time i am happy to my decision thanks
