I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

There is nothing to like in this company..

Dislikes

...othing to like in this company. I will not prefer anybody to join this company.. I'm working since 27 Aug and till now I didn't get my salary.. and staff members are very careless nobody even want to hear my concern.. I send several emails about my salary issue but I didn't get any resolution.. my experience with Cabt is worsened.. it's terrible...

I worked for two months as SILET management AS HR RECOTOR I didn't get a single salary in two months I was kicked out from the group and from asking for money for two months now my phone not receiving

People don't have to work here if you are good at doing nothing and best at doing office politics.
