No salary confirmation, it can delay upto 2/3 month Some non technical illiterate people are running the head office that's why no implementation of system here. This company running on God's grace, no fund flow/planning. Anytime this company gets bankrupt.

Directors are not bad. They are flexible to understand the genuine problem of employees. Only they need someone who can share the issues of employees in a proper way to the Management.

There are so much politics in the company. Many chamchas are there those are not capable for that position at all. And specially "Manas Rudra(HR and Administration Manager)" who has not any guts to handle higher management and maintain employee relation. He is totally a "tattu ghora" of Mr. Jawed Alam and other higher management. He has not his own view for employees. He is also not talking with employees when someone from the management ask an employee to leave the organization. Be aware with the fake reviews. 99% positive reviews are fake. You can check and find that all positive reviews had been posted within 2-3 days.

Before the interview, candidates are asked to submit so many documents that it feels like they are being prepared for a government job. Only those foolish like me would submit so many documents before an interview. Then they say things like, "I think you haven't interviewed at any big company yet, this is how the rules work at such places." I’ve interviewed at 3-4 top level MNC's, and none of them asked for anything before the interview. Their tendency to look down on others is just a reflection of their large businesses. I hope no one else makes this mistake in the future like I did. They collect documents from everyone before the interview and sell them off. We all know our documents are being sold. So be very careful with these people.

All the reviews are given has been given at the same day for make a good rating. But the truth is that the company is having bad management and clear picture of the projects are not shown to the director of the company. HR and is worst I have seen in my life. And you forget about your f&f after leaving the company

MD - Mr. Madan Mohan Fomra & Mr. Vijay Fomra both are very kind hearted & helpful . President Mr. Anil Rath sir is also very Cooperative.

HR & Admin Manager is horrible and unethical. They are all working just a robotic manner. Don't have any feeling about others families if anybodies have any medical exigency. Every time pokes without any justified reasons. Do not have any capabilities to resolve & understand employees issues. Moreover are not able to highlight with Management. Sometimes shows involvement about Employees personal life, eager to know about families income, any liabilities have , matrimonial engagement if any..just want to say this is disgusting.. BE AWARE OF MANASH RUDRA.
