Nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors & employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies are nice. They give high bonus every year

Dislikes

What I really dislike is that there is no room for growth in that. It's a small business, and as an accountant I can't not really move up the career ladder... That's why I leave them, and apply for a job in other coorporation, where I see more opportunities for career growth.
