Being attached to a Academic environment, I find the workplace in CVRGI very inspiring and beneficial regarding skill development. The faculty members as well as the Management is very helpful and encouraging.

Dislikes

There is not much to dislike in this environment. I being a Trainer in Quanser lab, have gotten a lot of opportunities to learn and improve my technical skills. However, CVRGI needs to work more on Compensation and benefits of their employee.

Worst place to work and to select as a career option. Management and top authorities have no work culture. They can inslut you at any time any place. No growth,Initially they offer good packag but later they will deduct in small things also.

Working there was one of the biggest faulty decision taken by me which knocked down my career. Complete exploitation of employees (specially faculties)

Dislikes

Management and working culture. Taking C-leaves or El is like asking liver (indirectly no leave).They will Force you to stay at office till 8. Complete
